“Florida man” is something you see often in the papers highlighting the wild antics of the state that is more like its own country and this Wumba is no different.
You may have seen it on a “most wanted” list because she’s a favorite here at the bakery.
Inspired by the key lime pie (that originated in Florida), this baby is filled with graham crackers, white chocolate, and a tart key lime curd center.
The reward for capturing her is the sweet taste of satisfaction.
Care Instructions: At Madison Square Bakery we individually wrap and heat seal our cookies to maintain peak freshness. These babies are best eaten immediately. For that perfect crispy outside and gooey center, heat cookies in a 350˚ oven (outside of their packaging) for 3-5 minutes or until warm. Extras should be stored in original packing inside an air tight container for up to 3 months in the freezer. When ready to eat, thaw and reheat them in the oven.
