This is our second Little Debbie snack in the lineup and honestly it won’t be the last time you see renditions of her snacks on our menu. As a kid we had no idea what the center of this baby was and we are happy to report it’s marshmallow!

Oatmeal cream pies are known for their fluffiness and hint of molasses with a sweet center so that’s exactly how we made this baby. You can even see the little oat bits throughout the dough that make for a little chewy texture to oppose the creamy marshmallow. This mini-infused babe will have you missing your childhood lunches.
