Much like the Power Puff Girls, this beautiful creation is an accident! We did not expect her to be this thin but it worked out in our favor! The cookie is filled with marshmallow that melt when baked and create a nice crispy edgy, while the middle still has a soft center from the pool of other marshmallows!

To create some depth we sprinkled sea salt on top as soon as they come out the oven. It tastes JUST LIKE the well known Rice Krispie treat but softer and with a little pizazz!
