Snickerdoodles are really that girl! We like to call them one of the Power Puff Girls, one of the OG’s in a trio with Chocolate Chip and Sugar cookies (Snickerdoodle clearly being Buttercup).

She has a little kick in her from the cream of tartar but just for a split second before the flavor goes fro tangy to buttery and then you get the cinnamon sugar mixture at the last second. And for my locals, after tasting our cookies you may just say they are better than Iverson, but we’ll let you be the judge of that!
