Chef Madison’s first job was Subway and her favorite cookies were the Raspberry Cheesecake ones. Rumor has it she would secretly hope they broke so it became “defective” and unable to be sold to the customers aka FREE cookies. For a high schooler this was a little perk to a little paycheck.

Now older, Madison has redid the cookie and made it better! Fresh raspberries that burst, white chocolate that just melts in your mouth, and always fresh! (Subway pun not intended).
